It started with a raccoon.

In December of 1995, Mark E. Dotson answered a neighbor’s call for help and found himself face to face with a raccoon that had made itself at home in an attic in Northglenn, Colorado. That one call sparked an idea, and A All Animal Control was born in the garage of a small suburban home that same winter.

What followed was nearly two decades of growth, grit, and a relentless commitment to humane, professional wildlife removal. Under Mark’s leadership, the company that would become AAAC Wildlife Removal expanded from that single garage operation into one of the largest wildlife management companies in America, building a reputation for excellence from coast to coast.

A Family Takes the Helm

In 2014, Brian and Josie Moss acquired AAAC Wildlife Removal and began the next chapter of the company’s story. Having operated their own AAAC franchise in the Houston area, Brian and Josie knew the business from the ground up: not from a boardroom, but from the field. That perspective shapes everything about how AAAC is run today.

Under their leadership, AAAC has continued to grow its national footprint while staying true to the values that have defined the brand since day one: humane removal, exceptional client service, and treating every franchisee like family.

Where We Are Today

Today, AAAC Wildlife Removal is a nationally recognized franchise system with locations across the country, annual system-wide sales exceeding $9 million, and a ranking among PCT Magazine’s Top 100 pest and wildlife companies in America. We service everything from single-family homes to Fortune 500 corporations and government agencies, and we do it with the same care and professionalism that has been our standard since 1995.

CEO Josie Moss and President Brian Moss remain hands-on and accessible to every franchisee and every customer. That’s not something you’ll find at most franchise systems, and it’s something we’re proud of.
